Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily monitoring and coordination throughout multiple project lifecycle.
  • Planning the overall project and monitor the progress.
  • Managing the project's budget.
  • Managing risks and issues and create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning of assigned projects.
  • Coordinating projects with client and team members.
  • Support clients and internal team members with data analytics, research, troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Assists with project prioritization, future application roadmap and strategy.
  • Managing and utilizing resources across projects.
  • Design and support client communications as needed, including training.
  • Managing and coordinating all steering committee members for clients on various projects.
  • Managing and monitor all project documentations.
  • Create and manage Project Gantts charts in Smartsheets and client calendars to keep project target dates.
  • Maintain and manager client project calendars as well as any other team/committee members.
  • Support clients on strategy planning and successfully hitting their target deadlines.
  • Providing product knowledge training.
  • Assist internal team members on other projects and task and assignments as needed.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HR1System, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 60,000 to $ 90,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3+ years managing projects, preferably in HR, HRIS or Payroll, or related areas.
  • Superior project and program planning skills with the ability to handle large workload under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, communication (verbal and written), organizational, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as, presentation skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
  • Solid project management skills, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all levels of management.
  • Require scheduling and moderately complex budgeting experience including tracking actuals against budget, estimate to complete (ETC) and estimate at complete (EAC)
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Motivated, self-directed, results-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Detail oriented and possess a desire for quality
  • Experience in managing distributed team members, as well as, work in a team environment
