Job description

E-logic is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to lead a technical services contract supporting the U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC). You will be responsible for the total performance of work, ensuring the seamless development and procurement of cutting-edge instrumentation systems, custom hardware/software fabrication, and test facility designs. This role requires expert coordination of in-house efforts, subcontractors, and vendors to meet strict federal requirements on a timely basis. This position will be remote. However, the candidate must be available to travel to Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) facilities in Maryland upon Government request for meetings, briefings, or on-site collaboration.


Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary interface and single point of contact between the company and Government personnel.
  • Manage varied, complex technical projects from inception through completion, translating mission requirements into executable plans.
  • Oversee the distribution of work to prevent Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) and manage subcontractor performance.
  • Responsibly manage project funds, schedules, corporate resources, and personnel time-keeping.
  • Submit required monthly deliverables, including Monthly Progress Reports (CDRL A001) and Monthly Financial Status Reports (CDRL A002).

Minimum Qualifications


  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a Business discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience as a project manager managing federal government contracts involving technical efforts (e.g., engineering design, hardware development, and software development).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal contract management, hands-on field management, and proven expertise in resource/budget allocation.
