• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all information is securely documented and accessible only to authorized personnel.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse student body, many of whom face unique challenges related to academic pressures and personal life transitions. You will play a significant role in addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and self-esteem issues. • Possession of a current and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the unique mental health challenges faced by college students, effectively guiding interventions tailored to their needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to establish rapport with students from various backgrounds.
• Familiarity with evidence-based counseling practices and brief therapy models, particularly those applicable to a university counseling service.
• A strong ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing a varied caseload of clients with differing needs.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably within an educational or telehealth context.
• Experience with crisis intervention or emergency response protocols, ensuring that students receive timely and appropriate care.

• Engagement in collaborative projects with educational institutions or community organizations is a plus.
