• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of clients.
• Create and implement pre-crisis and crisis plans, including behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and positive behavior support plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring all records meet compliance requirements.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies in collaboration with the clinical team to enhance the effectiveness of treatment.
• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating commitment to ongoing quality improvement.
• Serve as a liaison, establishing and maintaining effective communication with state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems.
• Promote agency values and professional standards in every aspect of your work, contributing to a harmonious team culture.
• Engage in professional development activities, including attending workshops, conferences, and community meetings related to mental health.
• Assist the Clinic Director with additional duties as required to support clinic operations.

The patients you will serve include individuals experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, those in recovery from substance use, and individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your role will be crucial in enhancing their quality of life and empowering them on their recovery journeys.

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant behavioral health field is mandatory.
• A valid LMHC license issued by the state board of Oregon is required.
• Strong ability to maintain clinical records and produce comprehensive reports.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team setting.
• Demonstrated capability to exercise independent judgement and make sound decisions in clinical contexts.

• Experience working with diverse client populations, particularly those facing developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.
• Prior experience in a community health setting or similar environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems is preferred but not mandatory.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 86,000 to USD 103,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we provide an attractive benefits package, which includes:
