  • Manage staffing, retention, transition-in/out processes, and surge staffing activation as needed.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), performance schedules, and CPARS reporting requirements.
  • Provide executive oversight and integration across all six functional areas: SharePoint Administration, Administrative Support, IMS/EVM, Technical Support Management (TSM), Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), and Business/COR Support.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5–7 years of progressive program or project management experience, preferably in DoD/USCG acquisition or shipbuilding programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-discipline teams in a shipyard or complex logistical environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • MSAM (Major System Acquisition Manual)
    • Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
    • SharePoint
    • Federal acquisition processes and regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Active Secret security clearance is required.
What Success Looks Like

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented leader who excels at building strong customer relationships with USCG stakeholders while maintaining contract performance excellence and team morale.
