Location: Remote
Duration: 06 Months
Shift Timing: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Pay Rate: $40.00 - $50.00/Hour on W2

Roles & Responsibilities:  

• Directs, administers, and controls the day-to-day operations and activities of seasonal HEDIS colleagues.
• Provides leadership, support, and guidance to HEDIS management.
• Collaborates with HEDIS leadership including managers, directors, and executive leadership, when necessary.
• Supports the hiring, training, and coaching of seasonal colleagues ensuring compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service.
• Ensures timely progress, tracking, accuracy, and completion of tasks assigned to HEDIS seasonal colleagues.
• Supports the implementation of divisional and company initiatives and strategies.
• Provides ongoing feedback throughout the HEDIS Hybrid Project.
• Orchestrates a strong, robust communications process between leadership, managers and colleagues ensuring the appropriate and timely dissemination of information to seasonal HEDIS colleagues.
• Ensures seasonal colleagues receive the appropriate training and education, including ongoing compliance training.
• Oversees schedule and time tracking of seasonal HEDIS colleagues.

Experience  
• 5+ years of management or leadership experience within the managed health care and/or quality management areas.
• Must have solid knowledge of HEDIS, NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) Audits and STAR Measures Programs.
• Previous experience reflects a proven record of accomplishment or proficiency in the competencies noted.
• Proven management experience in a metrics driven and deadline driven environment.
• Able to coach and mentor team members.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple functional business objectives.
• Good business acumen, professional communication skills both written and verbal

Education  
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
