Job description

Axyde Analytics is assembling a proposal team for U.S. Trade and Development Agency solicitation 1131PL26R0063, South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Services. This contingent, intermittent role is focused on aviation demand forecasting, airport economics and bankable revenue analysis.
Role responsibilities:
• Develop or review passenger, cargo, aircraft-movement and peak-period forecasts.
• Translate demand into facility, operating, revenue and investment implications.
• Test downside, upside and disruptive scenarios and define data-quality and sensitivity controls.
Evidence sought:
• Senior aviation forecasting or airport-economics experience.
• Representative airport demand, revenue or economic-feasibility assignments.
• Ability to document assumptions, sensitivities and decision thresholds.
Engagement: Fully remote and intermittent during a potential four-year contract, subject to award and written assignment authorization. Limited international travel may be requested for particular assignments and would be discussed and confirmed separately.
Applicants should be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents and able to work in the United States. Selection, award, hours and travel are contingent.
