We are seeking an accomplished Microsoft Solutions Architect and Cloud Architect with extensive experience designing, selling, and delivering enterprise solutions across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Copilot environments. This highly visible, client-facing role combines deep technical expertise with strong consultative sales and solution-selling skills to help customers achieve their business and technology objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Architect, design, and present complex Digital Workspace solutions that integrate hardware, software, cloud services, security, and professional services into comprehensive customer solutions.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Solution Architecture teams to develop technical strategies that drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Lead customer discovery sessions, requirements gathering, workshops, and technical assessments to understand business objectives and translate them into solution architectures.
  • Support pre-sales engagements by developing proposals, statements of work, solution designs, technical presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concept environments, and responding to RFPs.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Microsoft, cloud, security, collaboration, and endpoint management, while maintaining a services centric mentality.
  • Create and maintain customer-facing demonstrations, lab environments, and technical enablement resources that showcase solution capabilities and business value.
  • Assist in developing new service offerings, solution packages, and go-to-market initiatives that enhance customer experience and expand Connection's solutions portfolio.
  • Provide technical leadership during implementation and deployment projects, working independently or alongside delivery and engineering teams.
  • Monitor industry trends, and emerging technologies, making recommendations that support innovative new service offers.
  • Maintain advanced technical certifications and continuously expand expertise across Microsoft, cloud, security, and Digital Workspace technologies.

  • Strong customer-facing experience with executive presentations, solution workshops, and consultative selling engagements.
  • Deep understanding of modern workplace solutions including client virtualization, security, identity, data, AI, and cloud services.
  • Experience developing technical strategies that support revenue growth, customer success, and long-term technology roadmaps.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.

Preferred Certifications
  • Experience aligned with MS-102, MD-102, SC-100, SC-300, SC-401, PL-900, AB-100, AB-620 technologies and best practices
  • Additional Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco, Omnissa, Jamf, Apple, or security certifications are highly desirable
