This role is primarily remote, making it easier to balance work with your personal life. However, you will also have the flexibility to work within our various outpatient offices when necessary. As part of our outpatient facility, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care that encompasses the diverse needs of our clients. The workweek runs from Monday to Friday, with no weekend commitments, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

• Provide personalized therapeutic strategies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, performing in-depth assessments and evaluations.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities to individuals, families, couples, and groups, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while protecting client confidentiality.
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care through integrated treatment approaches.
• Actively engage in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

As an LCPC with Midwest Community Mental Clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship difficulties. This role allows you to provide crucial support for individuals and families as they navigate their mental health needs, ensuring that they receive the compassionate and effective care they deserve.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Specialization or demonstrated experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma work, or substance misuse treatment.
• Strong familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and methodologies commonly used in outpatient mental healthcare settings.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
