Job Summary:

Join our team as an Azure DevOps Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in building, maintaining, and optimizing cutting-edge cloud infrastructure. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in Azure, DevOps, Kubernetes, and Docker to drive innovative solutions and ensure seamless deployment pipelines. As a core team member, your passion for clear written and verbal communication will be critical to collaborating across distributed teams and delivering high-impact results.


Key Responsibilities:

โ€ข Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.

โ€ข Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps tools to ensure reliable application delivery.

โ€ข Orchestrate and manage containerized applications with Kubernetes and Docker.

โ€ข Monitor system performance, automate operational tasks, and proactively resolve issues.

โ€ข Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline deployments and improve operational efficiency.

โ€ข Ensure robust system security, compliance, and reliable backup/recovery strategies.

โ€ข Document processes and solutions, and communicate insights effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

โ€ข Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles, with a strong focus on Azure cloud environments.

โ€ข Deep expertise in Azure DevOps tools and services.

โ€ข Advanced proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker for orchestration and container management.

Compensation & Benefits Notice

The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $160,000-$220,000. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies. micro1 provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) plan with a company match, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.
