• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to a varied patient demographic.
• Utilize a focus on deliberate practice by integrating feedback scales during each session to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Conduct thorough assessments and maintain up-to-date clinical documentation following established company policies.
• Engage in weekly consultations with peers, including a psychologist and legal consultant, to discuss complex cases, gain insights, and further refine therapeutic techniques.
• Implement consistent patient screening and onboarding, ensuring that clients are motivated and prepared to engage in their therapeutic journey.
• Maintain availability for up to 33 patient hours per week to effectively manage caseloads and accommodate patient needs.

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges. • A Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant mental health field.
• A current license to practice in Washington State as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• A strong commitment to providing ethical, client-centered care and a willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
• Proficient in utilizing digital tools and platforms for patient engagement and documentation.

• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and a background in trauma-informed care.
• Prior experience in a community health or group practice setting.
• Interest in taking on supervisory roles for less experienced clinicians.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
