Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to a varied patient demographic.
  • Utilize a focus on deliberate practice by integrating feedback scales during each session to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and maintain up-to-date clinical documentation following established company policies.
  • Engage in weekly consultations with peers, including a psychologist and legal consultant, to discuss complex cases, gain insights, and further refine therapeutic techniques.
  • Implement consistent patient screening and onboarding, ensuring that clients are motivated and prepared to engage in their therapeutic journey.
  • Maintain availability for up to 33 patient hours per week to effectively manage caseloads and accommodate patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits
