Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner in a full-time remote position. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional with a current Washington state license (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) to provide high-quality mental health counseling services. Work EnvironmentOur remote work setting allows clinicians the flexibility to engage with clients from the comfort of their own homes while maintaining a supportive and connection-driven work culture. Our remote operations are supplemented with advanced digital tools, including telehealth platforms, to ensure seamless interaction and care delivery. The infrastructure is designed to facilitate your growth and reduce common stressors associated with mental health practice, such as administrative burdens.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to a varied patient demographic.
- Utilize a focus on deliberate practice by integrating feedback scales during each session to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and maintain up-to-date clinical documentation following established company policies.
- Engage in weekly consultations with peers, including a psychologist and legal consultant, to discuss complex cases, gain insights, and further refine therapeutic techniques.
- Implement consistent patient screening and onboarding, ensuring that clients are motivated and prepared to engage in their therapeutic journey.
- Maintain availability for up to 33 patient hours per week to effectively manage caseloads and accommodate patient needs.
You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges. We prioritize developing a therapeutic alliance that encourages open communication and adherence to treatment plans.
Qualifications- A Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant mental health field.
- A current license to practice in Washington State as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.
- A strong commitment to providing ethical, client-centered care and a willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
- Proficient in utilizing digital tools and platforms for patient engagement and documentation.
- Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and a background in trauma-informed care.
- Prior experience in a community health or group practice setting.
- Interest in taking on supervisory roles for less experienced clinicians.
The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
