To join our team as a Program Specialist. Program and Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally, while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Program and Operations support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; invoicing, data management, metrics and reporting, cross-functional team collaboration and process definition and improvement. These roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, depending on the project and/or program needs.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for program activities, including communications, coordination, and documentation.

  • Manage and process incoming customer applications from initial intake through final completion, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to program requirements.

  • Manage client incentive invoicing on a recurring monthly basis.

  • Navigate established program workflows, policies, and operational procedures to ensure consistent and compliant program delivery.

  • Review and interpret existing data reports and derive actionable insights and process improvements to operations leadership, as appropriate.

  • Assist with recurring and ad-hoc data collection efforts to support internal analysis, audits, and performance tracking.
