• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to pinpoint the mental health needs of clients, developing personalized treatment plans aligned with their specific challenges.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services through secure online platforms, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each individual's preferences and goals.

In this role, you will be primarily serving a diverse client population, encompassing individuals with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. • Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport and establishing a strong therapeutic relationship with clients in a virtual environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively juggle caseloads and documentation requirements are critical.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a remote or outpatient setting, is highly desirable.

• Salary ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
