About the Role

33Floors is hiring a Senior Yardi Consultant to lead commercial real estate clients through complex Yardi implementations, optimizations, upgrades, and advisory engagements.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked at the intersection of Yardi, commercial real estate operations, accounting, construction/development, forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder management. You may come from consulting, a Yardi product owner role, business systems leadership, or an internal implementation leadership role but you must have hands-on experience delivering Yardi solutions, not simply using Yardi as an end user.

The right person can lead discovery conversations, document current and future-state processes, translate business needs into system design, coordinate with technical teams, guide testing and data validation, and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

We are especially interested in candidates with deep experience in commercial Yardi modules such as Construction Manager, Forecast Manager, Voyager 8, Fixed Assets, Investment Management, Asset IQ, P2P, VendorCafe, or related commercial functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle Yardi implementation and optimization workstreams, including discovery, solution design, configuration, UAT, go-live, and hypercare
  • Facilitate client workshops with accounting, development, asset management, property operations, IT, and executive stakeholders
  • Document current-state processes, identify gaps, and design future-state workflows that align with client goals
  • Translate business requirements into Yardi configuration, reporting needs, data requirements, integrations, and technical specifications
  • Configure, support, and advise on commercial Yardi functionality, especially Voyager 8, Construction Manager, Forecast Manager, Fixed Assets, Investment Management, and related modules
  • Manage data migration, validation, reconciliation, and conversion activities in partnership with clients and technical resources
  • Design and support UAT plans, test scripts, defect resolution, client readiness, and adoption activities
  • Manage multiple client priorities while maintaining strong communication, documentation, and delivery discipline
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by recommending practical solutions, surfacing risks early, and helping stakeholders make informed decisions
  • Partner with internal 33Floors teams, external vendors, and client resources to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Mentor less experienced consultants and contribute to reusable implementation methodology, templates, and best practices
  • Identify opportunities to expand client value through additional advisory, implementation, reporting, data, or support services

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Yardi implementation, Yardi consulting, business systems leadership, product ownership, or enterprise real estate systems delivery
  • Meaningful hands-on experience with commercial Yardi environments; commercial real estate experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience leading or playing a senior role in full-cycle system implementations, upgrades, optimizations, or complex module rollouts
  • Advanced knowledge of at least one commercial Yardi area such as Construction Manager, Forecast Manager, Voyager 8, Fixed Assets, Investment Management, Asset IQ, P2P, VendorCafe, or related functionality
  • Strong discovery and requirements-gathering skills, including the ability to document business processes and translate them into system solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience with data migration, validation, reconciliation, UAT, reporting requirements, or integration support
  • Strong project management instincts, including the ability to manage competing priorities, risks, deadlines, and client expectations
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with complex data
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Real Estate, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Skills

  • Prior consulting, professional services, or client-facing advisory experience
  • Experience as a Yardi product owner, business systems leader, implementation lead, or business relationship manager in a real estate organization
  • Experience working with external consultants, Yardi teams, internal IT, accounting, asset management, development, and operations stakeholders
  • Exposure to SQL, reporting tools, data validation tools, integrations, or workflow automation
  • Experience mentoring team members or leading small delivery teams
  • Experience working in a global or distributed delivery model

In addition to the technical skills and experience listed above, the ideal candidate for this position would be a self-motivated individual who demonstrates attention to detail, a passion for problem-solving and customer service, and the ability to overcome obstacles. Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic small team.

This Role Is Not a Fit If

  • Your Yardi experience is limited primarily to accounting, property management, or end-user system usage
  • You have supported Yardi tickets but have not participated in implementation, configuration, optimization, or module rollout work
  • Your background is primarily general IT, SaaS implementation, or ERP project management without deep Yardi commercial real estate exposure
  • You prefer task execution over client advisory, discovery, documentation, and stakeholder leadership

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, which varies DOE. Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, sick time, medical/dental/vision coverage, life and disability insurance options, and 401(k) with a 3% Safe Harbor employer contribution.
