PropertyRadar is hiring a segment owner to lead the full commercial performance of our Residential Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate segments, including the Property Management and Short-Term Rental subsegments.

This is a senior, cross-functional leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and sitting at the leadership table. You will own the strategy, positioning, go-to-market, product feedback loop, partner ecosystem, and revenue growth for two of our largest and most competitive markets.

This seat is specifically anchored on marketing and product-marketing strength. • Segment strategy: Develop a deep command of the ICP, personas, segmentation, buying behavior, and market dynamics across residential and commercial real estate.
  • Revenue growth: Own net-new, winback, and expansion revenue for your segments. Marketing strength is how you get therenot a substitute for delivering the result.
  • Go-to-market and launches: Define channel strategy and prioritization, lead segment-specific launches, and shape the event strategy that turns our data and tools into customer results.
  • Competitive intelligence: Stay close to industry and competitive developments, then translate what you learn into positioning and strategies that win.

  • Enablement and training: Provide segment and product training for internal teams and new hires, with significant input into onboarding for your segments.
  • Industry presence: Represent PropertyRadar externally and build credibility with the residential and commercial real estate communities over time.
  • Channel and customer experience partnership: Partner with CX on FRI prioritization and other initiatives that improve the customer experience.

You will operate within our Segment Owner Playbook, the shared framework used by every segment owner.

Who we're looking for

This role requires a rare combination of three strengths. You need all three:

  1. Deep residential and commercial real estate expertisewith a network to prove it. You understand how agents, brokers, property managers, and short-term rental operators actually generate business. You bring relationships across brokerages, teams, associations, coaches, CRE firms, MLSs, and related ecosystemsand can pick up the phone and move quickly.
  2. Marketing strategy and product-marketing capability. Positioning, messaging, segmentation, competitive strategy, launches, and go-to-market are your home turf. You have done this work yourself and can point to examples where your strategy moved a meaningful business outcome.
  3. A track record of owning and delivering revenue. You have owned a number, translated strategy into pipeline and revenue, and are comfortable being measured on results rather than activity.

Beyond those three requirements, you are:

  • AI-native: You reach for agentic systems and AI tooling before you reach for headcount.
  • Entrepreneurial and ownership-driven: You treat the segment like your own business and take responsibility for the full outcome.
  • Direct, decisive, and low-ego: You move quickly, make clear decisions, and do not need a large team to create momentum.
