GlobalLogic is looking for a new talent to join our rapidly growing team established for worldwide retail pharmacy company. Our teams are co-located with customer in Deerfield, IL. Requirements
  • Possessing 7-10 years of progressive experience in product ownership and management, demonstrating a strong track record of successfully delivering complex software products in an an enterprise environment.
  • This role requires a flexible work model, balancing on-site collaboration at our Santa Clara office with remote work capabilities to foster innovation and team synergy effectively.

Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated expertise in product management and product strategy, including the ability to define vision, roadmap, and go-to-market plans for complex software solutions.
  • Proven proficiency in requirements analysis, translating high-level business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for specific product areas, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact, managing trade-offs effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of product features, from conceptualization through launch and post-launch iteration.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding of product goals.
  • Mentor junior product team members, providing guidance on best practices in product management and agile methodologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement of product development processes and tools to enhance efficiency and product quality.

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in the Chicago IL location is $125,000 to $140,000 and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower.
