As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' needs and determine the appropriate therapeutic interventions, referrals, or additional services.
• Providing culturally sensitive counseling services for individuals and groups struggling with mental health and substance use challenges, ensuring that treatment options reflect the diverse backgrounds of our clientele.
• Collaborating with case managers, external agencies, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's circumstances.
• Utilizing evidence-based techniques to effectively motivate clients and support them in achieving their personal goals related to mental wellness.
• Participating in the development and implementation of novel therapy protocols, contributing to our innovative care model.
• Engaging in continuous training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care methodologies to enhance your clinical skills.
• Preparing and providing clear and concise psychological assessment reports, offering feedback and vocational recommendations aligned with the clients’ understanding and capabilities.

This role primarily focuses on children, adolescents, and their families experiencing various mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and may face issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral disturbances and trauma. You will be instrumental in delivering dynamic, individualized support that encourages resilience and positive development.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• A valid state-issued Social Work License, specifically LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW, as required by state regulations.
• Demonstrated integrity, with no history of medical malpractice claims, verified through a third-party background check.
• Authorization to legally work in the United States.
