Job description

About the Job

Sales at Amplifed Industries

The Sales team drives revenue growth at Amplified Industries, generating new opportunities, acquiring top-tier operators, and strengthening relationships with our current accounts. Amplifed delivers IoT sensors and ML-driven monitoring for onshore oil and gas infrastructure pump jacks, rod pumps, plunger lifts, tanks, and wells giving operators real-time visibility and predictive insight that reduces downtime, optimizes operations and protects production.
We deliver undeniable value: providing greater visibility and remote automation, optimization of wells, boosting equipment reliability, delivering immediate ROI, and driving best-in-class customer satisfaction scores.
Your Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, your job is to get Amplified Industries in front of the best oil & gas operators in America, to close new accounts and expand existing relationships.
This is an incredible opportunity to sell into wide open accounts and territories with a technology that's revolutionizing oil & gas drilling operations.
Responsibilities

  • Drive the full sales process from first cold call/outreach/first contact through discovery, scoping, negotiation, and signature
  • Responsible for growing and expanding pilot accounts once landed by proving strong ROI and high customer satisfaction
  • Work a target list of top operators and production companies in America
  • Along with your technical counterpart, lead technical discovery sessions and translate findings into a clear, defensible ROI case for well, tank and field monitoring
  • Develop multiple relationships within each account across operations, engineering, procurement, and leadership rather than relying on a single point of contact
  • Keep a clean, accurate pipeline in HubSpot that reflects real deal status and overall pipeline health
  • Manage contract review, procurement steps, and any MSA/legal back-and-forth through to final agreement

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years in enterprise sales with a track record of success
  • Demonstrated success hunting and landing new logos, not just farming existing ones
  • Comfort with CRM tools for pipeline management and account planning
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with senior stakeholders
  • Able to travel regionally roughly 20-25% of the time

Bonus Points

  • Experience in Tech, SaaS, Industrial IoT, or oil & gas sales
  • Aptitude for learning basic engineering concepts - ie, how machines work
  • Prior exposure to MEDDPICC, MEDDICC, BANT, or some other formalized sales framework

Compensation & Benefits

  • Industry-Leading Base Salary & Commissions
  • High Percentage of Team Exceeding Quota
  • Premium Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage
  • Unlimited PTO
