The Work Is Client-Focused

The position involves speaking with individuals who have requested information about available insurance and benefit options.

Rather than relying on random cold calls, representatives focus on scheduled client conversations and follow-up.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting scheduled phone and virtual appointments with prospective clients
• Understanding client circumstances through thoughtful questions and active listening
• Presenting insurance and benefit options accurately and professionally
• Helping clients understand their available choices
