Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and coachable individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Representative.

In this role, you will work directly with prospective clients, conduct needs-based consultations, and help individuals and families find life insurance solutions that fit their goals and circumstances.

Responsibilities Daily Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual insurance consultations

• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking

• Continue developing product knowledge and sales skills

Weekly Responsibilities

• Attend training and coaching sessions

• Submit insurance applications accurately and professionally

• Review goals and performance metrics

• Maintain compliance with company and carrier guidelines

Qualifications Required

• Active Life and Health Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-discipline and ability to work independently

• Reliable internet connection and computer access

• Professional and ethical approach to client interactions

Preferred

• Sales experience

• Customer service experience

• Insurance or financial services background

• Bilingual communication skills

• Experience working in a remote environment

Compensation

This is an independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation.

Agents are compensated based on policies issued and paid according to carrier and company guidelines. Additional performance-based incentives and recognition opportunities may be available.
