Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status and specific needs.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet clients' therapeutic goals.
  • Provide evidence-based individual therapy to adult clients, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches.
  • Deliver virtual therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, demonstrating quick problem-solving skills and emotional support.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to remain abreast of mental health best practices and evolving industry standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult clients, each with unique mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological issues. Qualifications
  • Active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and understand their needs.
  • A compassionate attitude, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and maintain a non-judgmental demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
  • No history of disciplinary actions with previous licensing boards.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.
  • Familiarity with telehealth practices and related technologies is highly preferred.
  • Experience in providing crisis intervention and working with a variety of mental health disorders is a plus.
