FCX Performance is an Applied Industrial Technologies Company and a leading process flow control company. As an Outside Sales Representative with FCX Performance/CFP- Corrosion Fluid Products, you will establish and expand relationships with current and prospective customers in the Northwest Quadrant in Wisconsin.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Establish and expand relationships with current and prospective customers using multiple techniques.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops and lunch & learns.
  • Interface with Engineers, Contractors, and Industrial Clients
  • Be strategic, organized, and technologically savvy in your approach to managing your sales territory.
  • Develop strategic plans and accurate forecasts for sales territory and assigned accounts using previous sales, industry, and market data.
  • Maintain sales records, pipeline reporting, and generate relevant sales and market reports on a quarterly, annual, and as needed basis.
  • Actively participate in weekly, quarterly, and annual sales meetings.
  • Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of the industries served and the products & services offered; track industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets.

We seek:
  • Proven experience in retaining customers and developing new business, building repeat sales, and managing a territory.
  • Proven sales experience within the industrial marketplace, flow control preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies for top regional sites (refineries, chemical plants, terminals, power/industrial facilities) including opportunity mapping, call cadence, and multi-level stakeholder coverage.
  • Grow market share through cross selling and upgrading.
  • Experience selling control valves, actuation, instrumentation, and aftermarket services.
  • Computer proficiency including MS office, SAP/ERP/P-21 a plus!
  • Be strategic, organized, and technologically savvy in your approach to managing your sales territory.
  • Working knowledge/hands on experience selling process pumps and applications.

Preferred Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree,, preferably in Industrial Distribution, Engineering & Management, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or Sales/Marketing; equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.

Candidates need to reside in Eau Claire & Wausau areas in Wisconsin.
