Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused approaches.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions aimed at achieving positive mental health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care effectively and address clients' holistic needs.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to maintain client well-being.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical standards, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices in mental health care.
  • Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to promote community support and educate clients and their families about mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
