Horizon Health Mental Counseling, PLLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote position. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused approaches.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions aimed at achieving positive mental health outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care effectively and address clients' holistic needs.
• Facilitate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to maintain client well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical standards, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices in mental health care.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to promote community support and educate clients and their families about mental health.

Our diverse clientele ranges from children to older adults, each with unique mental health needs. You will work with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma histories, and coping with life transitions. Your ability to provide culturally competent care will enhance each client’s journey toward improved mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapies.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches rooted in research and best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for conducting thorough assessments and building rapport with clients.

• Experience in crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and facilitate care coordination.
• Background in psychoeducation and group therapy facilitation.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
