Position Overview

Horizon Health Mental Counseling, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team serving clients in a Detox Center setting. In this full-time role, you'll leverage your expertise to support individuals struggling with mental health conditions, guiding them toward recovery and resilience. Work Environment

This position is designed for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker, providing the flexibility to work remotely. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, strengths, and resources to build individual treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting clear goals and interventions to meet the diverse needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with a treatment team to ensure that all aspects of a client's care are appropriately addressed, promoting a holistic approach to recovery.
  • Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, offering safety planning and support as situations arise.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
