• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients’ mental health status, unlocking the insights necessary to tailor effective treatment strategies.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with a diverse array of clients, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. • A current and valid clinical license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A completed master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is necessary to qualify for this position.

• Exhibition of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in all client interactions.

• A clean disciplinary record with the appropriate licensing board is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of experience working as a mental health therapist is preferred, ideally within a private practice environment.
