• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs to create personalized treatment plans that motivate clients toward their therapeutic goals.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and solution-focused techniques to assist clients in their journey toward emotional wellness.
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-up sessions and refine treatment approaches as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Provide virtual therapy options to enhance accessibility for clients facing mobility or transportation challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer consultation to stay current with the latest advancements in mental health counseling.

You will work with a diverse clientele who experience a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. Our practice caters to individuals from various backgrounds, allowing counselors to cultivate a rich understanding of different perspectives and therapeutic needs. • A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD, ensuring adherence to all state regulations.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate building trust and rapport with clients.
• An empathetic and non-judgmental disposition that creates a safe therapeutic environment.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and an ability to manage time effectively in a busy practice.

Ideal candidates may have previous experience in outpatient counseling and familiarity with teletherapy platforms. Experience with trauma-informed care and group therapy facilitation is highly regarded.
