• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose a variety of mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
• Act as an advocate for clients and their families, helping them navigate the healthcare system effectively.
• Regularly meet with clients via telehealth sessions to provide ongoing counseling, therapy, and support, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal care.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to promote positive change and improvement in clients’ mental health and relationships.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with privacy and safety regulations while ensuring confidentiality across all interactions.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Grow Through Life Counseling, LLC, you will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges. Clients may seek assistance with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief, family dynamics, and life transitions. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and their loved ones through empathetic support and guidance.

• A valid LMFT license, complemented by a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health services, ideally within a health-related or clinical setting.
• Proficient understanding of privacy and health safety laws to ensure compliance and confidentiality.
• Demonstrated therapeutic and counseling skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and motivate clients in their growth journey.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain comprehensive client files that are easily accessible for reference.

• Experience working with a diverse client population, addressing a range of mental health issues and interpersonal concerns.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic practices to enhance client engagement.
• Training or certifications in evidence-based therapeutic modalities is a plus.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and contributions to the clinic. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
