As a Remote LCSW, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions, focusing on mental health treatment for clients dealing with chronic or terminal illnesses.
• Completing thorough assessments to identify clients' treatment needs and adjusting plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Collaboratively developing and implementing person-centered treatment plans that integrate recovery solutions tailored to each client's situation.
• Enhancing clients' coping strategies and communication skills to help them navigate the complexities of living with serious health concerns.
• Documenting client interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates in accordance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies using our user-friendly electronic health record system.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A current, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the relevant state board.
• A history free from disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• Proficiency in using technology for counseling, including familiarity with video conferencing tools and electronic health records.
• Stable internet access to ensure seamless communication with clients.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with:

• Experience working within hospice or palliative care settings, which equips them with a deeper understanding of the emotional challenges faced by clients and families during the end-of-life process.

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
