Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of client needs, presenting issues, and support systems to formulate tailored therapy plans that address individual goals.
  • Facilitate therapeutic sessions across various formatsโ€”individual, couple, and family settingsโ€”using modalities based on clientsโ€™ specific needs and preferences.
  • Assist clients in identifying personal aspirations during therapy, providing guidance and strategies to help achieve these goals effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all confidentiality laws and maintain precise, up-to-date client documentation to support treatment continuity and client privacy.
  • Participate in regular professional development activities, including workshops, webinars, and supervision, to stay informed about best practices in mental health treatment.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, as necessary, to foster a comprehensive support network for clients, enhancing their recovery journey.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor at The Dream Works, Ltd, you will work with a diverse range of clients. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications
