We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Call Center Agent to join our dynamic customer service team. In this role, you will serve as the frontline representative for our customers, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support across a variety of inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot issues, resolve technical problems, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This position requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. You will utilize industry-standard tools such as Zendesk and Microsoft Office to manage tickets, document interactions, and maintain detailed records.
