As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions.
• Implementing and monitoring therapeutic interventions, modifying approaches as necessary to ensure positive client outcomes.
• Maintaining detailed, accurate, and confidential documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress.
• Collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care.
• Staying informed about the latest research and methodologies in social work and mental health to enhance treatment strategies.

Your work will revolve around a diverse client population facing various mental health issues. To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW license in the state of Arizona.

While not required, the following experiences are preferred:
