As an EV Concierge, you'll serve as a trusted resource for customers, answering questions, solving problems, and creating an outstanding ownership experience. What You'll Do

• Serve as a product expert for electric vehicles and related services
• Assist customers via phone, chat, and email with questions regarding vehicle features, ordering, reservations, charging solutions, dealership support, service concerns, and recalls
• Take ownership of customer inquiries from start to resolution
• Educate customers on EV technology, charging options, and ownership benefits
• Schedule dealership appointments and coordinate customer support needs
• Research and resolve customer concerns while delivering a personalized experience
• Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
• Provide recommendations that improve the customer experience and overall satisfaction

Role Breakdown:

• 80% Phone Support
• 20% Chat, Email, and Case Documentation

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
• Experience handling a high volume of customer interactions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent computer navigation and typing proficiency
• Ability to learn new technology, products, and systems quickly
• Strong reading comprehension and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor with the ability to work with customers at all levels
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting customers through phone, email, and chat channels
• Understanding of electric vehicles or home charging solutions
• Automotive, technology, or consumer product support experience

Training & Development

Work Environment

• Fully remote position
• High-speed internet and dedicated home workspace required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Warren, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
