Job description

Overview NTT DATA seeks a Claims Examiner on a project basis to work remote, from home . This is a full-time, temporary role. Must have TPA experience .

Start date: ASAP. 100% remote; client provides equipment. This is a 90-day temp-to-hire opportunity.

The Claims Processor reports to the Regional Claims Manager, Employee Benefits Division. This position is responsible for registering, processing, and adjudicating claims accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Process all claims for assigned group(s) within ten days of receipt.

Complete forms for over specific claims, including printing EOBs, pulling claims and copying claims. Contact providers and case management company for information regarding problem claims. Print/mail EOBs and claim forms requested by providers and insured members.

Assist with audits for assigned group. Assist with claims processing and over specific for new or backlogged groups. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities High School Education required.

3 Years of Claims Processing Experience. TPA Experience. Preferred: Experience in the GBAS system; Experience processing Dental Claims.
