As a Virtual Member Benefits Advisor, you'll meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled virtual appointments.Connect With Clients Virtually
  • Conduct virtual consultations through Zoom and phone appointments

  • Ask questions to understand individual and family needs
  • Provide a professional, personalized client experience
Educate & Guide Members
  • Explain available supplemental benefits and coverage options
  • Present information clearly and accurately
  • Answer client questions and provide solutions based on their needs
  • Assist with applications, enrollment, and required documentation
  • Help clients make informed decisions about available protection options
Build Long-Term Relationships
