Job description

Our client is seeking a proactive EA to support several senior leaders in a remote, fast-moving environment. This role keeps executives organized, aligned, and equipped to move quickly across shifting priorities.

Core Duties

  • Manage calendars, meetings, communications, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate complex travel across multiple time zones
  • Prep agendas, presentations, and company meeting materials
  • Track updates, goals, and weekly operational rhythms
  • Assist with client-facing tasks, events, research, and offsites
  • Step into special projects and urgent needs as they come up

What You Bring

  • 5+ years supporting executives
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort with rapid changes and confidential information
  • Strong judgment, independence, and responsiveness
  • High proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and SaaS tools
  • Experience working with senior leaders and managing multiple priorities
  • Must reside in Eastern Time
