• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and available resources for support.
• Deliver individualized, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment frameworks, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or trauma-focused therapy, tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that not only address the symptoms presented but also foster overall well-being and resilience.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary, helping clients navigate urgent emotional challenges.
• Facilitate informative group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes designed to provide additional support and education about mental health.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly in accordance with ethical and legal requirements.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client base, focusing on individuals requiring psychosocial support due to various mental health issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess an active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches relevant to mental health treatment.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills are essential.

• Experience working with hospice patients or in a palliative care setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation and client management will be advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with the potential for additional bonuses.
