Acara Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to work with our client Headquartered in Boston, MA. This position is 100% remote.

Pay: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Full Time 40 Hours per week
Job Type: 12-month contract with possible opportunity of extension

Overview
We're seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join the Toast team for a 6-month contract role. As part of our Marketing Suite team, you'll play a critical role in providing full-service demand-generation to restaurants, using a variety of Toast products such as Email, SMS, Social Media, SEO, Ads, printed assets and more. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for digital marketing, copywriting, SEO and brand management. You'll work closely with restaurant owners, bringing their vision to life, implementing our tools, and identifying areas for improvement to ensure a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
● Be the point of contact across onboarding, approvals and keeping customers informed on the latest and greatest with their marketing plans.
● Own the monthly marketing cycle - create the strategy, calendar, copy and designs for marketing campaigns across Email, SMS and Social, leveraging Toast's internal tools.
● Set up and maintain automations such as winback campaigns, receipt marketing and happy hour deals.
● Execute channel optimizations (SEO, Google Business Profile, website, listings) and design flyers or other printed collateral as needed.
● Report & iterate - deliver monthly performance reports with clear insights; adjust tactics to hit customer goals.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with digital marketing tools
  • Minimum 2 years of experience interfacing with customers on a recurring basis
