Job description

Notes:

  • Mid- level position with some experience working with the collections application, FACS (Flexible Automated Collection System). 
    • FACS is an application developed by Finvi (formerly Ontario Systems) and is built on an Intersystems Caché database. 
    • FACS is a legacy application for Finvi and is still being updated.
    • Preference is candidates have FACS experience with Caché as an enhancement, along with SQL.
    • Use their GC (guaranteed contacts) dialer and a few other product offerings.
    • Open to candidates with comparable system experience.
      • CUBS (Columbia Ultimate Debt Collection System) System is closest system to FACS.

Skills:

•            Experience with collections systems (e.g., FACS or similar) and cloud-based dialing solutions (e.g. TCN or similar).

•            Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python.

•            Familiarity with Windows OS and database systems (Intersystems Cache and IRIS preferred).

•            Strong Excel skills (VBA preferred).

•            Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS or SQL.

•            Understanding of process automation and RPA concepts.

•            Excellent communication and organizational skills.

•            Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

•            Experience with Cache and workflow automation.

•            SQL reporting experience (work with tables, extract data, perform basic queries, etc.)

o            Will need SQL skills for an upcoming data warehousing project in the pipeline (migrating FACS to Snowflake).

o            Working with the Compliance teams to implement SAI360 and need to create API’s to export data.

•            Experience with Excel VBA scripting and reporting.

•            Previous IT Healthcare collections experience is ideal/helpful (understand terminology).
