Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly remote therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, focusing on CBT to address a diverse range of emotional disorders.

  • Collaborate closely with Brightside psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to develop comprehensive treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs.

  • Utilize automated symptom self-assessments, alongside functional improvement measures, to continuously monitor client progress and adjust therapy approaches as necessary.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly counselor portal, ensuring all digital health records are comprehensive and compliant.

  • Engage in ongoing supervision and support from the Therapy Leadership Team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and clinical excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adults experiencing various emotional disorders, including anxiety and depression. Qualifications
