On behalf of our Energy client, Procom is searching for a Principal Power Consultant for a permanent role. This position is a remote position with occasional travel required.
Principal Power Consultant - Job Description:

This role involves establishing a consulting presence on the West Coast, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the energy transition in a dynamic environment.
Principal Power Consultant - Responsibilities:
โ€ข Build Hitachi Energy's consulting presence and pipeline across the West Coast.
โ€ข Develop trusted relationships with hyperscalers, data-center developers, engineering partners, and utilities.
โ€ข Lead discovery, qualification, and shaping of new consulting opportunities.
โ€ข Translate client needs into scopes, deliverables, schedules, and commercial proposals.
โ€ข Drive proposal development, negotiation, and value differentiation.
โ€ข Support project execution through leadership, client engagement, and milestone involvement.
โ€ข Identify scalable offerings, partnership models, and regional growth opportunities.
โ€ข Represent Hitachi Energy at conferences, working groups, and industry events.
Principal Power Consultant - Mandatory Skills:
โ€ข Proven success in consulting or advisory business development, including full capture ownership.
