As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our clinic, your role encompasses a wide range of duties that directly impact patient care:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of students facing various mental health issues and develop individualized treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices.
• Utilize numerous therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver effective psychotherapy tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress meticulously in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all records.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by working closely with educators, school counselors, and other mental health professionals, facilitating comprehensive support for students.
• Contribute actively to peer consultations and case reviews to enhance clinical skills and the overall quality of care delivered within the organization.
• Furnish education and guidance to patients and their families regarding mental health challenges, treatment methodologies, and available community resources that can aid their journey.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying informed of the latest methodologies, research, and trends within the mental health field.

The primary population you will serve includes school-aged youth ranging from elementary through high school, as well as their families. This role allows you to engage with a diverse clientele, each with unique backgrounds and challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Your work will significantly impact their emotional growth and academic success, equipping them with the tools and coping strategies necessary for their ongoing development.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution.
• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in employing solution-focused interventions and methods.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

• Experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents.
