Crisis Line Clinician (Weekend/Days)
Department: Crisis Line
Employment Type: Part Time
Location: Any Compass Location
Reporting To: Ellen Depker
Compensation: $26.04 / hour
Description
Be the calm voice that helps someone find hope in their hardest moment.
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 8:00am-4:00pm.
*Remote position, must be a Missouri resident.

As a Crisis Line Clinician with Compass Health Network, you'll provide immediate, person-centered support to individuals reaching out through our Disaster Line. You'll help identify needs, offer compassionate crisis intervention, and connect callers to services and resources that promote safety, stability, and hope.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about helping others through moments of crisis. You'll play a vital role in supporting individuals in our rural communities and ensuring they have access to care-anytime, day or night.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide trauma-informed and person-centered crisis intervention via phone
• Assess caller needs, screen for safety, and connect to appropriate services or resources
• Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency standards
• Participate in supervision and team meetings to support continuous improvement
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Associate degree or completion of 60 college credit hours required
• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • At least one (1) year of experience in behavioral health or human services if Associate degree is the highest degree obtained
  • Working knowledge of DSM-V required
