Dynatek Co., Inc. is seeking a Commercial Plumber to support installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems for commercial facilities.
Position Summary
The Commercial Plumber is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial environments. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable codes, plans, specifications, and project timelines.
This position operates in a remote-friendly setup while serving job sites in and around Apopka, FL, requiring reliable field presence for installations, inspections, and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems including supply, drainage, venting, and related fixtures and equipment.
Diagnose plumbing issues and perform corrective work to restore service quickly and effectively.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and job instructions to complete work to specification.
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential problems before they impact operations.
Maintain accurate work documentation, communicate job status, and coordinate with supervisors and other trades as needed.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a plumber working in commercial settings or equivalent building environments.
Ability to diagnose plumbing problems and complete repairs using safe, standard methods.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and basic code requirements applicable to commercial work.
Familiarity with hand and power tools used in plumbing work, along with safe work practices.
Willingness and ability to travel and work on-site as required in the Apopka, FL area.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification or licensing in plumbing (where required) and a track record of compliant job performance.
Experience working on multi-unit, industrial, or large commercial facilities with varied plumbing needs.
Demonstrated ability to follow technical documentation and manage job tasks with minimal supervision.
