This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to conduct sessions from the comfort of your own home while utilizing telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools. Your work hours will be from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, which promotes stability and routine for both you and your clients. • Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients from various backgrounds, utilizing tailored evidence-based treatment approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, adjusting as necessary based on their progress and feedback.
• Ensure timely and thorough clinical documentation that adheres to both company policies and regulatory standards, maintaining accurate records of treatment interventions and client interactions.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and collaboration with team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the quality of care provided.

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• A valid Massachusetts State LMHC credential, confirming your qualifications to practice in the state.

We offer a competitive compensation package that ranges between $110,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications.
