Momento USA is a global technology consulting, talent acquisition, and creative development firm that addresses clients' most pressing needs and challenges. We are currently looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Developer.

Role: ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Location: Remote

Long Term Contract

W2 Position

Job Spec – ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications, workflows, and automation.
Design, build, and troubleshoot ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, MIM, CMDB, CSDM, Change, Portal, Knowledge, ITOM, Request and Service Catalog.
Implement integrations with external systems using APIs, web services, etc.
Collaborate with other cross‑functional teams to gather, analyses, and refine business and ITSM process requirements.
Translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee MID Server architecture, deployment, scaling, and security for ITOM.
Design integrations between ServiceNow, ITOM and monitoring, cloud, and infrastructure tools.
Collaborate with Enterprise platform team for architecture decisions and design.
Perform platform administration activities including user management, access control (ACLs), roles, groups, and Service Portal configurations.
Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and user‑training materials.
Develop and execute unit tests, System Integration Tests, Regression tests, and QA checks to ensure functional reliability.
Ensure adherence to Enterprise platform governance.
Apply ITIL and ITSM best‑practice to improve service delivery and ensure compliance with Enterprise and organizational standards.
