This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while having access to all necessary tools and resources to facilitate virtual therapy sessions. As part of our collaborative team, you will engage in regular staff meetings, group supervision, and one-on-one consultations with your team manager and clinical supervisor to ensure continuous professional growth and high-quality client care. The remote setting promotes flexibility, enabling you to balance work commitments with personal life.

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges and tailor effective treatment plans that align with their unique needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions tailored to promote personal growth and resilience.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and monitor their progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment strategies.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer the convenience of remote support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to uphold ethical standards in practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about the latest trends and methodologies in mental health counseling.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with addiction, mental health disorders, and those seeking growth through life transitions. Your expertise will particularly benefit couples, families, children, and teens. • A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A current, state-issued LMFT license to practice in California.
• At least two years of full-time counseling experience, demonstrating hands-on expertise in various therapeutic modalities.
• Ability to work effectively with couples, children, teens, and families, ensuring personalized care tailored to each client's background and circumstances.

While not mandatory, applicants with experience in providing services to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, particularly those who are part of marginalized groups, will be highly regarded. Experience in managing complex cases involving addiction and trauma will also significantly enhance your candidacy.

We are proud to offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
