EXTERNAL MANUFACTURING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER


SUPPLY CHAIN

Barcelona Planning HUB is recruiting an External Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager. 

In this role, you will own the operational performance of a portfolio of Third-Party Manufacturers (TPMs), acting as the key link between Coty and our external manufacturing network. You will drive supplier performance, ensure reliable supply across multiple divisions and markets, and lead the resolution of critical operational challenges to improve service, agility and supply resilience.

THE ROLE

 

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our External Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager, you play a critical role in maximizing the performance of strategic manufacturing partners, safeguarding product availability for our brands, and turning operational challenges into long-term improvements. Your actions will directly influence service levels, supply continuity, operational efficiency, and the success of a cross-divisional external manufacturing network

You will be reporting to External Operations (EXO) Value Stream Senior Manager, and you will manage:

DRIVE TPM PERFORMANCE

  • Transform supplier performance through data-driven governance and action plans.
  • Challenge and influence TPM priorities to deliver stronger service outcomes.
  • Translate scorecard insights into measurable operational improvements.
  • Build long-term partnerships focused on performance and accountability.

 

PROTECT BUSINESS CONTINUITY

  • Lead the resolution of critical supply and capacity risks before they impact customers.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex operational challenges.
  • Enable fast decision-making across TPMs and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure supply plans remain feasible, robust, and aligned with business demand.

 

ACCELERATE NETWORK IMPROVEMENT

  • Drive initiatives that increase flexibility, responsiveness, and efficiency.
  • Improve ways of working between Coty and external manufacturing partners.
  • Support strategic network projects and TPM evolution plans.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance execution across the value stream.

 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a supply chain professional with strong supplier management expertise, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are resilient, highly organized, solutions-oriented, influential and comfortable managing complex stakeholders across functions, regions and external partners.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field.
  • 4-5+ years of Supply Chain experience, ideally managing external manufacturers, suppliers or TPMs.
  • Proven experience handling critical supply disruptions and operational escalations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including meeting facilitation and structured documentation.
  • Skilled in working with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Proficiency in working with Power BI
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
