Summary Description:
The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and compiling data. In this capacity, you will collaborate with other data experts and coordinate data implementation projects with top management. To be successful in this position, you must also possess exceptional analytic and research abilities, as well as industry-specific expertise handling information and data. 
Responsibilities:

  • Develop Business Analysis and data recording system for department-wide usage
  • Assist team with dashboard, report generation, accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports 
  • Develop performance metrics and regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout 
  • Create Business Reports that Provides insight into key data points. 
  • Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers 
  • Support various departments, including marketing and sales, in reaching their goals through analysis
  • Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends 
  • Translate Stakeholders Requirements into reporting Deliverables  
  • Produce MIS reporting 
  • Responsible for reporting and business analytics

Skills and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience as a financial or business analyst
  • Experience in AWS, Quicksight, Microsoft Business Intelligence, QlikView, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence applications
  • Strong SQL skills including the ability to translate operations needs into optimized query sets, Power Query, and other data analysis programs
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
  • Ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge of computers, especially in data extract/reporting software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
  • Expertise in delivery technologies and data access, including familiarity with metadata, data organization, data quality assessment and data profiling
  • Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
  • Ability to work in a team environment
