Our client is looking for a New Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across the Northeast or Midwest (Chicago) region. Reporting to the President, you will identify, prospect, and open new accounts for a leading manufacturer of custom retail fixtures, branded environments, POP/POS displays, and experiential marketing solutions — selling to brands and retailers across consumer goods, electronics, health and beauty, sporting goods, and specialty retail. •    Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within your territory
•    Build and deliver strategic business development plans to achieve revenue/growth objectives
•    Develop relationships with key decision-makers at prospective brands and retailers
•    Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and contract close
•    Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and PM teams on customized client solutions  
•    Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales strategies
•    Maintain an active sales pipeline and forecast opportunities using CRM tools
•    Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
•    Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging industry opportunities
•    Consistently achieve or exceed established sales goals

•    5+ years experience in business development, strategic sales, or consultative sales required
•    5+ years experience in retail activations, branded environments, custom fixtures required

•    Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
•    Proficiency with CRM tool for pipeline management required
