  • Design and implement robust API integrations and connector frameworks (REST, GraphQL, webhooks, event-driven) with hands-on expertise in modern integration patterns, ETL/ELT tooling, and middleware; building reliable, observable integrations that scale across a growing portfolio of source systems.
What We\'re Looking For:
  • 10+ years of progressive data, analytics, or BI experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role managing teams and owning enterprise data platforms, with a demonstrated track record in a mid-market or larger operating company.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with the Microsoft data and analytics stack including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and Power BI.

  • Demonstrated experience establishing data governance practices including data quality, lineage, and access management.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and influence at all levels of the organization, paired with strong prioritization and risk management in complex, fast-moving environments.
  • Experience supporting AI initiatives such as preparing data for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, or similar capabilities is strongly preferred; background in home services, field service, or operationally complex industries is a plus.
